**Blondes and Brunettes Shine in Bahig Hussein’s Designs at the Enrwail East Charity Event**

Prominent figures of Alexandria’s social scene gathered at the Crystal Hall in Downtown to participate in the charity fashion show organized by the Enrwail Alexandria East Club, led by Nahed Magahid. At the start of the event, Nahed announced that all proceeds from the evening would be donated to establish a sterilized ward for cancer patients at the Amiri Hospital affiliated with Alexandria University

The fashion show was supported by renowned beauty experts, wedding event planners, and jewelry stores, including Mohamed Al-Sagheer, Fouad Shousha Jewelry, Osome, and the global cosmetic surgery center Obagi, represented by Dr. Emad Michel

The show, hosted by presenter Radwa El-Sherbiny, began with a tribute to young actress Gehan Qamari, who traveled from Cairo to honor the Alexandrian-born fashion designer Bahig Hussein. Despite his pivotal role, Bahig chose not to take the spotlight at the start of the event

The fashion show featured eight collections for Winter and Summer 2009, titled the "Chocolate Collection." Twelve of Egypt’s and Eastern Europe’s top models participated, including Rania El-Far and Sanaa Ismail, who arrived from Johannesburg the night before, having represented Egypt in the Miss World qualifiers over the past month

Bahig Hussein's designs showcased a range of evening and engagement dresses, as well as elegant chiffon abayas suitable for afternoon gatherings and social soirées. His designs were characterized by bold cuts that accentuated the models’ physiques. Many pieces featured V-shaped necklines, some wide with riviera-style ruffles from the same fabric as the outfit, embroidered with delicate lines in matching colors

The designs incorporated new shades of green, brown, red, and beige, adorned with golden and silver embroidery. One standout piece paired green fabric with golden shoes. Additionally, black and red were combined in some ensembles, accentuated with large and small bow embellishments on the front and back, under the bust or along the backline

Bahig skillfully used bows in innovative ways that captivated both male and female attendees. They adorned the riviera-style dresses, tailored outfits, and waist belts, harmonizing perfectly with the fabrics’ colors and patterns. The sixth collection featured an array of designs in shades of beige, brown, green, and red

The show concluded with two designs for bridesmaids' dresses, modeled by Farida (16) and Farah (14), daughters of Dr. Osama Nofal, a dentistry consultant at the Alexandria Faculty of Medicine. The only wedding gown of the evening, designed in a royal style, was modeled by the beautiful, dusky presenter Rania El-Far. She paired it with an elevated royal tiara that drew significant attention from TV station representatives, who eagerly called her over for extended photo sessions

At the end of the event, Bahig Hussein made a brief appearance to greet the audience, express his gratitude to the models, Radwa El-Sherbiny, and the event sponsors, leaving the crowd in awe of his chic and innovative designs.
